UPDATE: The IIHF has officially determined that forward 🇨🇦Hannah Miller is ineligible to play for Canada 🇨🇦 at the 2025 IIHF Women’s World Championship! ❌

This is because the 29-year-old already switched over to play for China 🇨🇳 at the 2022 Winter Olympics and 2022 World Championship. Miller had previously represented the Canadians at the 2013 and 2014 U18 Women’s World Championships. The IIHF rules state that a player can only switch their national team on one occasion.
