With HK Mogo/RSU 🇱🇻 leading 5-2, the Kyiv Capitals 🇺🇦 skated off the ice with 12:01 remaining in the third period of game 4 of their semifinal series.
Kyiv was protesting the referees, as they believed the game was unfairly called. The penalty minutes were 73-10 against the Capitals and all 5 goals for Mogo came on the powerplay. The Capitals then shared a post saying that the match was a “referee win”.
Mogo was awarded the win and the series is now tied 2-2.
